This is my redesign of Dragon Valley (a store world).
Although I love the original world EA created, but I wanted to renovate and redesign this world into a more Dark Academia style. This means the overall style revolves around beautiful old buildings with history and character. You will find dark smoked stained brick buildings in the middle of town which used to be industrial back in the day.
At the heart of the town lies the old prestigious College, where sims can discover their main passions and skills.
My inspirations for this save file are Sherlock Holmes, Victorian London, Steampunk, Wednesday and all things Dark Academia.
This save file is still a work in progress, release date TBD. I will continue to update this page with new details & screenshots of this world as it is created, please read on to see more :)

The World Lore (WIP)
I'm still trying to come up with the lore...
I know it will be based around sims obsessed with knowledge, poetry and beauty intertwined with decay.
This will potentially be the lore: Sims looking to solve mysteries and learn of dragons and elves travel to the town of Scholar Valley where you can attend Scholar Valley College! All who seek knowledge are welcome, but you may find more than you bargained for!
The save file requires the EA Store world DRAGON VALLEY + the following Sims 3 Expansion and Stuff Packs for it to look exactly the same in game as how I created it.
EPs: World Adventures, Ambitions, Generations, Late Night, Pets, Supernatural, Seasons, University Life, Island Paradise, Showtime
SPs: Movie Stuff & 70s, 80s, 90s Stuff (also known as the decades stuff pack)

- Please note that if you do not have some of these Expansion / Stuff Packs then items/lots/sims will either not appear, be replaced or be modified automatically but the save file should still work (with exception to Ambitions which is required).
This save file has no custom content (CC) or mods.
EA STORE CONTENT USED (this is not essential to play with this save file)
I tried to minimise my use of store content, however I have used some items from the store, I have listed the store items at the end of this page (and the lots I used them for so you would know what may have been replaced or what may be missing). It is 100% not essential for you to have any of this content for gameplay so please do not feel the need to purchase anything for this save file.
Here are some screenshots of the world so far...

EA STORE CONTENT USED (this is not essential to play with this save file)
I tried to minimise my use of store content, however I have used some items from the store, I have listed the store items below (so if you don't have the store items they will either be replaced or missing, however this should not impact gameplay).
Again it is 100% not essential for you to have any of this content for gameplay so please do not feel the need to purchase anything for this save file, most of the items used are purely for decoration and nothing has been used excessively.
A summary of all items sets used in various lots:
Laganaphyllis Simnovorii (aka The Cow Plant)(Only used in the Curios's Home)

Your work is amazing! I want all of your save files; however, I truly love this one and really hope this save file is being released soon
This is so beautiful! Any chance the save file is semi ready for sharing? I have a whole story ready for it. 😭 Your work is breathtaking by the way!
Oh my goodness. I never knew I needed something so badly!
