Advent Builds for 2025!

Hey Penguins! I was inspired by Peachtober to create a list of prompts to give everyone some ideas/ inspiration for builds to create in Sims 3


I have created youtube speed build videos for each build I completed and the links to download my builds are below. These are all FREE to download and will download as sims3packs.


I have listed the EPs & SPs and store content used for each build below. No CC was used.

A farm - Pumpkin Patch Farm - Download


This is Pumpkin Patch Farm where the whole family can enjoy a day at the farm picking their favourite pumpkin, carving it in the barn, enjoy a slice of pie in the cosy farm cafe and even catch a ride on the tractor!


Uses all EPs & SPs apart from Katy Perry Sweat Treats, Diesel Stuff, Decades Stuff and Into the Future.

A Radio Station - Sweet Records Radio Station - Download


Community lot - A Radio Station, Retro Record Store & Bakery

A Pet Park - The Neigh & Nibble Nook - Download


I have called this community lot The Neigh & Nibble Nook. It has a horse training arena, stables and a converted stable cafe area which is cat & dog friendly.


Must have the Pets expansion to use in your game.

Uses pretty much all EPs and all SPs apart from Katy Perry Sweat Treats, Master Suite & Diesel Stuff

A Salon - Vintage Barbers & The Inkhouse - Download


I called this Salon the Vintage Barbers & The Inkhouse


You must have the Ambitions expansion to use this in your game.

A Lake Cabin Getaway - Pine Creek Retreat - Download


Welcome to Pine Creek Retreat! I have created a large cabin resort perfect for a romantic getaway, or a family holiday or even a fishing retreat for friends who enjoy spending time in nature.


You must have the Island Paradise expansion to use in your game.

Uses pretty much all EPs and all SPs apart from Katy Perry Sweat Treats

A Garden - Eden of the Fallen Cathedral - Download


This is the "Eden of the Fallen Cathedral". Within the weathered arches and ivy covered walls of the ruined cathedral, a wild yet lovingly tended garden flourishes. Fruit and vegetables grow in the sun dappled patches between the ancient stones. By night strings of fairy lights glow, turning the garden into a luminous, enchanted refuge where history and harvest meet.

A Mansion - The Croft Mansion - Download


I was inspired by the Croft Mansion from Tomb Raider. This is not a replica or accurate build from the games or films, but it does have secrets, artifacts, a pool (without piranhas), a family mausoleum and importantly a living quarters for that pesky butler!

A Rustic Scout Camp - Firefly Scout Camp - Download


Stay at Firefly Scout camp if you are looking to make new friends, find adventure and have fun!

A Lounge Bar - The Scriptorium - Download


"The Scriptorium" is the perfect bar/hangout for all inspiring writers, poets society and book lovers! There's areas to socialise, to study, to find a cosy reading spot or join a group for a book club! This could be a great addition for the University World :)


I believe that I used all EPs apart from Into the Future for this build. I don't believe I used any stuff packs.

A Nectary - Clover Farm & Nectary - Download


This is Clover Farm & Nectary. A community lot where your sims can have the full experience of nectar making and tasting! Hand pick any variety of grapes and learn how to squish them to produce your very own custom bottle of nectar! You can also indulge in some nectar tasting and buy some ready made bottles in the shop.


Clover farm is also home to some cows and chickens which you can visit and feed. Please be warned though, there is an evil chicken which you would be better to avoid if possible.


I used all expansion packs, and just outdoor living & town life stuff packs.

A Renovated Barn Home - Haystack Home - Download


This is "Haystack Home" named after it's previous life as a hay storage barn. This barn was built many years ago and the recent owners have restored and renovated this barn into a cosy family home. This house has 2 large bedrooms, 2 and a half bathrooms, small movie/gaming room, open plan living, kitchen & dining and a workshop garage.


I used all expansion packs, and just outdoor living & town life stuff packs.

A Daycare Centre - Stonecrow Learning Academy - Download


This is "Stonecrow Learning Academy"- a daycare centre community lot which I think would fit in really well with Moonlight Falls. I built it as an academy for supernatural sims which can attend from the age of a toddler up to teen. There is plenty to do, learn and hopefully you will enjoy the company of other supernaturals learning to hone their abilities and discover their unique talents.


I believe that I used all EPs and SPs apart from Diesel Stuff, High end stuff and Katy Perry Sweet Treats for this build.

A Museum of Oddities - Download


I built an Art Gallery community lot with a difference! Step through the history of the sims 3 packs with iconic displays, visit the historical clay and metal workshop cafe and explore quirky exhibits including a homage to Sims 1!


Expansion Packs used: All EPs and I believe no SPs were used.

A Bed & Breakfast Hotel - The Teacup Bed & Breakfast - Download


I built a B&B resort which I called “The Teacup Bed & Breakfast”. This B&B is packed with charm, whimsy and all sorts of things to do to help you unwind and enjoy a nice weekend away surrounded by antiques & thingamabobs! Enjoy the communal areas including the tea room, craft room, lounging area and extremely floral garden!

A Rebel Hangout - Urban Golf - Download


Give yourself a fun day out at "Urban Golf"! It may look like an abandoned warehouse from the outside but inside you’ll find some wacky themed mini golf courses to work your way around. Feel free to get juiced at the bar upstairs if you think that will make it even more fun, although it probably won't help your aim.

A Katy Perry Sweet treat House - Download

Real-estate dreams meet baked-goods reality! This house sadly has a low structural integrity rating and a high upkeep cost - all the icing keeps melting in the rain and there are constantly crumbs everywhere! Other than that this is a perfectly sweet house to live in with 1 bed & 1 bath. Plus it always smells so good! You may need to stop your guests from eating the walls though.

A Vintage Consignment Store - Yesterday's Attic - Download


This antique shop is a charming time warp where dust is a badge of honor, furniture creaks and the owner insists that every object was very important in it's previous life. If you are looking to give something old a home, I'm sure you will find this place to be a treasure trove.

A Cafe - Blown Away Cafe - Download


This cafe is an industrial-chic space where you can enjoy velvety coffee alongside the thrill of shaping glowing glass into jewelry and interesting sculptures which you can take home. I'm not sure who was here earlier but they sure did make a lot of glass gnomes?!

A Robot Workshop - Rusty's Robo Repair - Download


Rusty opened this robot repair shop 90 years ago and he is famous for knowing everything about building robots. Whether he is still able to do his job as well as he used to is debatable. Please just note the policy is no refunds.

An Artist's Loft Home - The Foundry Apartments - Download

The only available apartment is the expensive large 1 bedroom loft. It may be pricy but it comes with an art gallery shop space! The lof has plenty of exposed bricks, steel pipes and unfinished masterpieces everywhere - every corner holds a story waiting to be painted.
